Our mastermind sessions at Pontlands Park this month was a cozy one, which made up for the cold night sleeping out in aid of homeless veterans that some members experienced later that evening!
Lee Stephenson's provided a fascinating presentation on his project spanning 15+ years that has included:
A replacement dwelling
Releasing an agricultural tie on a building that was then replaced
A 4000 sq ft Barn conversion
An additional plot that has been subject to a class Q barn conversion application, and is now the subject of a paragraph 84 house of exceptional quality in the countryside.
A lot of different strategies going on there and Lee explained the patience and persistence required to move this site through the planning process.
We then followed up with a site visit which brought it all alive. The 10 acre site also provided an excellent venue for the Great Tommy Sleep out which several members of the group took part in.
