We started the day with a site visit to Steve Everard of The Everard Property Group’s 8-bed HMO in Southend, then came together for an honest and practical session with Daniel Holder, founder of Atomic Rambo Coaching.
A good reminder that in property and business, things rarely go exactly to plan. Sometimes, being able to adapt and change your approach is what keeps you moving forward.
