SEPDC - Christmas Social and Site Visits 2025

A great day with the SEPDC group and a strong way to end the year. 🎄

Our Christmas get-together took us from Brunch & Co to Hamlet Court Road, seeing HMO delivery done properly-generous rooms, bespoke furniture, and a finish that sets the benchmark.

From there, we visited Down Hall Road, where Nick Johnson shared the story behind three new-build homes created to sell.

We ended the day at Roslin Beach Hotel - two tables, good food, and the kind of conversations that only happen in the right room.
