June 2025 Meeting: Ipswich on-site visit

We spent a fantastic day in Ipswich, looking at Nrinder Singh’s commercial-to-residential conversion projects. 🏛

Took some time to explore the High Street as well, understanding its shift toward a more leisure-oriented focus - though high streets are still in transition and, in some cases, struggling.

Back at base, we powered through sessions:
