Your business will pay you if you are solving problems for people, so work out your business model and stick to it.

➡️Are you better off doing lots of small, repeatable builds? Or a couple of large ones per year?
➡️Building to sell or building to rent?
➡️Commercial or residential?
All these will depend on your skill set and availability of capital, get clear on this and then execute.
